  This Terms of Service Agreement (“Agreement”) governs your access to and use of the website and platform of More VFX Academy, operated by PE Yatsenko Denys Vasylovych (“Platform”), provided by More VFX Academy (“We,” “Us,” “Our”). By using the Platform, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement. If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, please discontinue using the Platform.

  
  1. Acceptance of Terms

  – 1.1. By accessing or using the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by this Agreement.

  – 1.2. This Agreement may be amended at any time. All amendments will be published on the Platform, and your continued use of the Platform constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

  – 2.1. More VFX Academy offers online courses, tutorials, and educational materials focused on visual effects (VFX).

  – 2.2. The services provided include:
  Access to course materials.
  Participation in workshops.
  Interaction with instructors and other users through designated forums or platforms.

  – 2.3. We reserve the right to add, modify, or discontinue any features or services at our discretion without prior notice.

  – 2.4. All services are provided “as is” and “as available” without any guarantees or warranties regarding their availability, quality, or suitability for your specific needs.

  
  3. Registration and Account Security

  – 3.1. To access certain features of the Platform, you may be required to register an account. During registration, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information.

  – 3.2. You are solely responsible for safeguarding your account credentials, including your username and password. Sharing your account details with others is strictly prohibited.

  – 3.3. If you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account, you must notify us immediately at support@morevfxacademy.com.

  – 3.4. More VFX Academy reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if we suspect any breach of this Agreement or unauthorized activities.

  
  4. Intellectual Property

  – 4.1. All content on the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, videos, images, animations, software, and tutorials, is the exclusive property of More VFX Academy or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

  – 4.2. You may not:
  Copy, reproduce, or distribute any content from the Platform without prior written consent.
  Use the Platform’s content for commercial purposes.
  Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices.

  – 4.3. Any unauthorized use of the Platform’s intellectual property may result in legal action.

  
  5. User Conduct

  – 5.1. When using the Platform, you agree not to:
  Upload, share, or distribute content that is illegal, offensive, harmful, defamatory, or infringing on intellectual property rights.
  Engage in activities that disrupt or interfere with the proper functioning of the Platform.
  Attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or otherwise compromise the security of the Platform.

  – 5.2. Users found violating these rules may face account suspension, termination, or legal action.

  
  6. Payment and Refund Policy

  – 6.1. Payment for courses and services must be made in advance through the payment methods provided on the Platform.

  – 6.2. Refund requests are subject to the terms outlined in our Refund Policy. By purchasing a course, you confirm that you have read and agreed to the Refund Policy.

  – 6.3. Refunds will not be issued if:
  You have accessed more than 20% of the course content.
  The course price was reduced after your purchase.

  6.4. Chargeback Policy: Initiating a chargeback without first contacting our support team constitutes a violation of this Agreement. We reserve the right to deny refunds and restrict access to our services in such cases.

  7. Limitation of Liability

  – 7.1. More VFX Academy is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from:
  Your inability to access the Platform.
  Errors, interruptions, or bugs in the Platform.
  Any actions taken by other users.

  – 7.2. You agree to use the Platform at your own risk.

  – 7.3. Our total liability under any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific course or service in question.

  
  8. Privacy

  – 8.1. Your use of the Platform is subject to our Privacy Policy.

  – 8.2. We are committed to protecting your personal information and will not share it with third parties without your consent unless required by law.

  
  9. Modification of Services

  – 9.1. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Platform at any time without prior notice.

  – 9.2. We are not responsible for any inconvenience or loss caused by such changes.

  
  10. Termination

  -10.1. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform for any reason, including but not limited to violations of this Agreement.

  – 10.2. Upon termination, your access to courses and materials may be revoked, and no refunds will be issued unless otherwise stated in the Refund Policy.

  
  11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

  – 11.1. This Agreement is governed by the laws of Ukraine.

  – 11.2. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be resolved through negotiation. If negotiations fail, disputes will be settled in accordance with the laws of Ukraine in a competent court.

  
  12. Changes to this Agreement

  – 12.1. We may update this Agreement from time to time. The latest version will always be available on the Platform, and continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
