    This Refund Policy (“Policy”) sets the terms under which clients may request refunds for courses purchased through the More VFX Academy platform, operated by PE Yatsenko Denys Vasylovych (“We,” “Us,” “Our”). By using our platform, you agree to the terms of this Policy.


    This Refund Policy is designed to ensure fairness, transparency, and to protect both our clients and More VFX Academy from fraudulent activities. While we strive to deliver high-quality courses and an excellent learning experience, we must implement these guidelines to prevent misuse of our refund system and ensure a sustainable learning environment for all students.


    1. Conditions for Refunds

    – 1.1. You may request a refund within 7 calendar days of the purchase date if the course does not match the description provided on the sales page.

    – 1.2. If more than 20% of the course content has been viewed, a refund will not be issued, even if the request was made within the 7-day period.

    – 1.3. If the entire video content of the course is available immediately after purchase, refunds are only granted if the course does not match its description.

    – 1.4. After the 7-day period, refunds will not be provided, as access to the final project materials is granted on the 7th day of the course.

    – 1.5. If access to the final project materials has been granted, a refund will not be issued, regardless of the date of the request.


    2. Situations Where Refunds Are Not Granted

    – 2.1. Price Reductions and Sales
    Refunds will not be issued due to price reductions, sales, or promotions after purchase.
    The price paid at the time of purchase is final and binding, regardless of future price changes.

    – 2.2. Immediate Access to Materials
    Refunds will not be issued for downloaded or immediately accessible materials, as they are considered provided at the time of purchase.

    – 2.3. Viewing Over 20% of Content
    If more than 20% of the course content has been viewed, refunds will not be granted.

    – 2.4. Abuse of Refund Policy
    Refunds will not be provided in cases of repeated refund attempts or obvious abuse of the refund system, including viewing materials for personal use before requesting a refund.

    – 2.5. Unfounded Claims
    Refund requests that include unfounded claims of content mismatch will be denied. We reserve the right to restrict access to our services in cases of intentional fraud or submission of false information.


    3. How to Request a Refund

    – 3.1. To request a refund, contact us at:

    – 3.2. In your request, include:
    Your full name.
    Order number.
    Reason for the refund request.

    – 3.3. Proof: To request a refund based on content mismatch, the client must provide:
    A clear description of the mismatch.
    Screenshots or other materials demonstrating the issue.
    Specific examples from the course.

    – 3.4. We will review your request within 5 business days of receiving it.


    4. Abuse of Chargebacks

    – 4.1. Initiating a chargeback through a bank without first contacting our support team is considered a violation of this Policy.

    – 4.2. We reserve the right to:
    Deny a refund.
    Restrict further access to our services for such clients.

    – 4.3. All disputes regarding refunds will be resolved in accordance with this Policy.


    5. Course Familiarization

    – 5.1. We provide a special free course for familiarization so that you can evaluate the quality of training before making a purchase. The familiarization course includes sample video lessons, the course structure, and other educational materials that allow you to set realistic expectations.

    – 5.2. Purchasing the full course after accessing the free course constitutes your agreement with its content, structure, and quality of materials.


    6. Changes to This Policy

    – 6.1. We reserve the right to update this Policy at any time. All changes will be published on this page, and the new Policy will take effect upon publication.

    – 6.2. Continued use of our services after changes to the Policy constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
